This is the first cooperation conducted with ITB. PetroChina also cooperates with two other campuses that have courses in the field of petroleum. He says that the internship do not set quotas. It is totally based on selection of students who register. "We see the selection result of all who register. The condition to be accepted for Bachelor graduates is a minimum GPA of 3.00 and for Master’s graduates is a minimum GPA of 3.5, and they must pass the selection and interview," she said.

With this partnership, she hopes that PetroChina will be better known in education. In addition, she explained their way to filter graduates who join the program to work in PetroChina. "So if there is a vacancy, we without a doubt will accept the apprentices because they have experienced working with us. We already know the quality, so we will not hesitate," she concluded.

As for the requirements, graduates have to send their letter to PetroChina's HRD along with recommendations from ITB and attach required documents, such as curriculum vitae, graduation certificate, and transcript. After that, the HRD will do the selection and for those who pass will sign apprenticeship agreement.
