ITB and Muhammadiyah Discuss Advancing Education in Papua

Rector of ITB, Prof. Dr. Ir. Tatacipta Dirgantara, M.T., met with the Chairman of Muhammadiyah, Prof. Dr. H. Haedar Nashir, M.Si., along with several rectors from Muhammadiyah universities, in Jakarta, on Wednesday (October 22, 2025). The meeting discussed efforts to advance education in Papua. Earlier, on September 29–30, 2025, Prof. Tata visited several regions in Papua to witness firsthand the dedication of young teachers who strive to provide education in remote areas.
