The Rector of the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), Prof. Dr. Ir. Tatacipta Dirgantara, M.T., officially inaugurated the ITB Multicampus Canteen Outlet at the Basement Canteen of the ITB Library, Ganesha Campus, on Thursday (May 8, 2025). The inauguration was attended by the initiating team from the previous ITB leadership period, represented by Prof. Dr. Jaka Sembiring, M.Eng., and Dr. Ir. Gusti Ayu Putri Saptawati S., M.Comm. Also present at the event was Nila Mayta Dwi Rihandjani, Regional CEO of Bank Mandiri Region VI/Java 1.
In addition to the two canteens on the Ganesha Campus—the Basement Library Canteen and the West Campus Center Canteen—canteens at the Jatinangor and Cirebon campuses were also inaugurated during the occasion.
The newly inaugurated outlets reflect ITB's commitment to building a healthy, inclusive, and sustainable campus ecosystem. The canteens are designed with a strong emphasis on sustainability principles aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in providing nutritious, clean, affordable, and environmentally friendly food. The outlets are also equipped with digital ordering (Livin KiosK) supported by Bank Mandiri, offering a more efficient and modern transaction experience.
