Jani Nurhajanti, ITB Instructor Who Initiated “Apkerma”, an Innovative Solution in Administration
Apkerma is an acronym for Cooperation App. The application is a forum for those in charge of three related parties, namely those in charge of international relations cooperation, ITB faculty/school leaders, and partner universities abroad, to design and correct cooperation documents, both drafts of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). as well as a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA), in one platform. Because of this idea, he became a finalist for the National Achievement Educator and Education Personnel by the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education in 2019. It certainly feels happy and proud for the predicate of outstanding performers in administration field. This is an appreciation for him. “As a thank you to ITB, I will use this as motivation to work better in my field and continue to learn in many ways so that my 'achievement' every day is that I get many achievements that can be useful for me. many people," said Jani when she was interviewed virtually on Wednesday (09/06/2021) by a reporter for Public Relations ITB. The Apkerma that she proposed simplifies the process of reviewing the documents that are being formulated. What's more, Apkerma can streamline the process of bypassing the hardcopy correction system so that it is considered an eco-friendly solution. With these advantages, the process of working with partners will be easier and the main goal of the partnership can be achieved properly. This woman who has worked for 17 years at ITB has always instilled a key to success, namely happiness and gratitude. This motivation led Jani to successfully go through the selection process for high achieving students, starting from the selection at the faculty/school level, continuing to the interview process and sending creative work files in their respective work units, followed by the selection process at the ITB level through the presentation of the proposed superior program , and arrived at the final process, namely the determination of ITB's Outstanding Student. Even so, he felt that there was still much to be contributed to ITB. Exploring the potentials by collaborating among the academics so as to help improve ITB's reputation in the national, and even international, is one of his hopes. "Hopefully I can focus more on improving the quality of work, be involved in several development programs, implement many ideas, can jointly support activities at ITB," he said.
