The ITB Central Library serves as a learning space and information resource center that supports academic activities, research, and knowledge development for the entire ITB academic community. A wide range of collections, services, and facilities are available to help users find the information they need easily, comfortably, and effectively.

The ITB Library provides a wide range of collections, including books, electronic journals, e-books, scholarly works, magazines, journals, CDs, and various other information resources. Users can search the ITB Library Catalog to find the materials they need quickly and conveniently.

With an environment that supports both independent and collaborative learning, the ITB Central Library provides the academic community with a welcoming space to study, access information, conduct research, and expand their knowledge.
The ITB Central Library is open to the general public, including ITB alumni, who wish to use the library as a place to study and access its available collections and facilities.
General visitors may visit during the library’s regular service hours for the ITB academic community and use various facilities, including reading rooms, discussion rooms, study zones, information services, and other supporting facilities.
However, certain access restrictions apply to general visitors. Members of the general public and alumni are not permitted to borrow library materials or access electronic resources subscribed to by ITB. Access to subscribed e-resources is limited to users who are granted access rights in accordance with ITB regulations.
Through this open-access approach, the ITB Central Library serves not only as an academic support facility for the ITB academic community, but also as a welcoming and conducive learning space and source of knowledge for the wider public.
Weekend services are limited to study and reading facilities. Book borrowing and return services are not available on weekends.
The library is closed on national holidays and officially designated collective leave days.
