ITB Rector Visits the Patriot Expedition Team in Central Maluku

The Rector of ITB, Prof. Dr. Ir. Tatacipta Dirgantara, M.T., visited the ITB Patriot Expedition Team stationed in the Sapalewa locus, Central Maluku Regency, on Tuesday (2 December 2025). The ITB Patriot Expedition is a strategic collaborative program between the Ministry of Transmigration, the Regional Representative Council (DPD RI), and universities—including ITB—engaging lecturers and students in in-depth research within transmigration areas to strengthen the local economy, develop human resources, and foster entrepreneurship. Its primary goal is to produce policy recommendations and sustainable economic development models for the region. Two teams are currently deployed at the locus, both consisting of ITB members.
