At the beginning of his presentation, Wijaya asked the participant to recognize life choices. In life, human are always meet with the options. "When you find the choice in life or career, choose one that will make you grow, busy, and change," said Wijaya.

Planning for the future is also important after the post-college period. Wijaya added, if we are still a student, we need to set a target to be achieved in college. After set the target, the next thing to do is work hard to achieve it.

Soft Skills Levels

Actually there are other parameters to ensure that our career in line with our expectations. Beside technical skills, supporting parameters are interpersonal skills such as ethics, awareness, self confidence, motivation, and others. Another interpersonal skills need to be developed are empathy, communication, respect, and so on.

The other important skill is the leadership skills such as the ability of achieve a vision, inspiring ability, strategic, and other. In the stage of self development, the most important thing to note is our ability to recognize ourselves. Recognize our positive ambition, skill, knowledge, interest, abilities, barrier, experience, and beliefs.
