ITB Won Excellent Rating in Cluster I on the 2024 Student Governance Performance

BANDUNG, itb.ac.id - The Directorate General of Higher Education, Research and Technology, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia have announced the results of the most recent assessment and verification on the Student Governance Performance Information System (Simkatmawa) documents for the year 2022 and 2023. In these documents, Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) was given an excellent rating in cluster I for the 2024 Student Governance Performance, Friday (6/9/2024).

These results are based on three observation, namely:

a) Student Affairs Organizations, including the management of various student services;
b) Higher Education Independent Activities, including student achievements in various competitions/championships and student academic innovations both nationwide and abroad; and
c) Activities sponsored by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia, including student achievements in various competitions/championships organized by the Ministry of Education and Culture.

ITB is included in cluster I due to the number of active students in 2023 that reached more than 18,000 pupils. The given excellent predicate in cluster I received a score of more than and or equal to 3,161.2 from each aspect assessed.

The Directorate of Student Affairs of ITB would like to thank all students, lecturers, academic staff, and ITB partners for this cooperation.

This given excellent predicate in cluster I marks clear evidence of ITB's commitment in providing quality student services and support of the development of students’ wellbeing. With this achievement, it is hoped that ITB can continue to improve the quality of higher education in Indonesia and produce superior graduates who can compete at a global level.
