The Rector of ITB, Prof. Dr. Ir. Tatacipta Dirgantara, M.T., and the Rector of the University of Groningen, Prof. Dr. Ir. J.M.A. (Jacquelien) Scherpen, signed an MoU to strengthen cooperation in research, scholarships, and the Double Doctoral Degree program as a strategic step to expand ITB’s international collaboration. The signing took place on Friday (14 November 2025).
