ITB Rector Attends National MDGB-PTNBH Meeting on Equitable Education

The Rector of ITB, Prof. Dr. Ir. Tatacipta Dirgantara, M.T., attended the national meeting of the Assembly of Professors of State Universities with Legal Entity Status (MDGB-PTNBH) across Indonesia on Friday (21 November 2025). This year, ITB served as the host of the meeting, which carried the theme “Equitable Education to Create a Competent and Excellent Generation.” Prof. Tata expressed his appreciation for the trust given to ITB to host this national academic forum. He emphasized that the Assembly of Professors plays a vital role in producing strategic insights, upholding noble values, and shaping the future of scientific development. The Rector highlighted that the theme of the meeting is highly relevant in addressing current challenges in higher education, including how universities can cultivate graduates who are ethical, adaptable, and competitive at the global level. He expressed hope that the recommendations formulated during the meeting could serve as a policy brief to strengthen national higher education policies.
