The ITB Rector Speaks at the BTN Leadership Forum, Discussing Leadership and the Transformation of Higher Education

The Rector of ITB, Prof. Dr. Ir. Tatacipta Dirgantara, M.T., served as a speaker at the BTN Leadership Forum titled “The Architect of Change: Designing the Next Chapter”, held in Samosir Regency, North Sumatra, on Friday (May 8, 2026). Prof. Tata emphasized the importance of leadership that is both principled and adaptive in facing ongoing changes—particularly amid increasingly complex industrial dynamics, the acceleration of digital transformation, and the rise of the artificial intelligence era. He also highlighted the crucial role of universities in nurturing outstanding talent that is well-prepared to adapt to future challenges.
