Focal Point 2015 Presents City Park in Daily life

BANDUNG, itb.ac.id - Exactly one week after the semester began, School of Business and Management Undergraduate Student Union (KMSBM) ITB organizes Focal Point 2015 festival. With the tagline "Let's Round Up Again", Focal Point that projected to be annual event was held with great fanfare on Sunday (30/08/2015) in Bumi Sangkuriang, Bandung City. The activity previously held two years ago in Taman Ganesha but for now picnic shade became the theme for strengthening the relaxing atmosphere for weekend of the youths of Kota Kembang.


According to Faris Prasojo, KMSBM members of the ITB is also the head of the marketing division of Focal Point activities is 2015, as the name implies, developed by KMSBM ITB to be gathering points of Bandung youth in the occupation. Instead of just being the point of gathering, Focal Point this year with the impressive concept tried to participate in support of Bandung Government campaign in developing utilization of public spaces and thematic parks. "So although Bumi Sangkurang is not a parks, but the park city concept we apply and gimmicks in the media that we make is the way to create a park to be places for enjoying and playing friends" Faris explained.

The festival that combines music and cuisine is valuable because collaborates with Do It Yourself (DIY) class from Tie Dye gallery and Gambar Pensil Kertas Community. Visitors who are looking for new insight while lunch time can visite the stand of these classes to learn new things while listening to music from Sore, Trees and Wild, Mustache and Beard, Efek Rumah Kaca, HiVi and other qualified musicians. The unique of activities that spawned his Jingle in this year housed in an arena designed creatively resemble picnic boxes contained straw, cotton candy, and a box of milk accent and other various fancy things. "We wanted for new atmosphere where visitors can picnic, watch the concert while eating there," said Faris.

The expectation of such activity, KMSBM ITB may offer new insight for everyone that the park is a pleasant place to spend the time. "Because for having fun don't have to go far into the mall, the Park is nice too," Faris stated.
