ITB Students ENV Launched Eco-Friendly Products

BANDUNG, itb.ac.id - There are many ways to participate in preserving and protecting the environment, one of them is by applying ecolifestyle. Ecolifestyle can be interpreted as a modern lifestyle that still consider environmental aspects. Seeing this, Environmental Engineering Student Association (HMTL) ITB launched an environmentally friendly product which is called by ENV. ENV itself is a product that consists of beverage bottles, t-shirts, shopping bags and Reebook widely circulated to students and the people of Indonesia.
ENV initially coined in 2010 by the Governing Body of HMTL ITB 2010/2011 and then production still continue until today. To get the product ENV, consumers can contact directly Enterprises HMTL ITB or purchase at authorized resellers ENV products. In the production process, HMTL ITB Enterprises get the challenge to realize the design that has been made. "Yes, because the ingredients to make the ENV is not easy to find, we have to work hard to produce an attractive design and quality.But, in the end the production running smoothly with the cooperation of various parties involved in the production process of the ENV," said Kenny Wonosantoso (Deputy Head of the Department of Business Bada HMTL ITB 2014/2015).
In modern times, the industry has always identified with material gain, but not so with the ENV products while promoting environmental sustainability in its development process. "Production ENV is not just for material gain, more than that, actually we want to educate Indonesian people to love the environment. Advised that we also want to keep the environment it is not difficult if we have a consciousness, one by applying ecolifestyle. Product Development of ENV
The enthusiasm of the students and the community to ENV products are quite high, making HMTL ITB Enterprises continue to strive to develop products ENV in the future. For this 2014/2015 year stewardship, the development of ENV begins with the launch of a foldable shopping bag made of canvas with an attractive design. In addition, a portion of the proceeds from the sale of products ENV will be donated to the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) which is an international organization dealing with issues of conservation, research and restoration of the environment.
ENV development process will be carried out with two main focus, namely the development in terms of marketing and product variations. Today, enterprises are initiated HMTL ITB marketing system go viral, which means ENV will utilize social media to the marketing process. This is done to reach out to all consumers in Indonesia. In addition, cooperation with WWF is a way to engage consumers in an environmental conservation movement. Meanwhile, for the variety of products, ENV will continue to evolve through various research products required ecolifestyle Indonesian society.
