He was once joined in a number of consulting firms and service providers with experience of executive seminars handle more than 3000 hours of seminars in various cities in Indonesia.

As a trainer SSDK duty to convey related materials preparation to be a successful student at ITB, they must have the ability to guide and proficient in communication. One method of delivery of content was coaching. "Coaching is a process that enables learning and development to occur and thus performance to improve. To be a successful coach requires a knowledge and understanding of process as well as the variety of styles, skills, and techniques that are appropriate to the context in which the coaching takes place, "was the explanation of Eric Parsloe cited by Arfi.

According Arfi, coaching was a method to facilitate a person in a life changing process. A coach does not have the best person in the field that they do, but it should be someone who was able to assist others in achieving its goal to be the best. A coach even considered successful when he trained to be a figure that was much better than him.

One technique proposed by Arfi as a coach was the ultimate weapon "ask". "Someone who has grown not like anymore for in-direct. They are more challenged when asked. With a given question, they also end up thinking that they are increasingly finding the right path to the destination," said Arfi.
