Representatives of the ITB Academic Community Sign the Personal Data Protection Integrity Pact

BANDUNG, itb.ac.id - The Information Management and Documentation Officials of Institut Teknologi Bandung (PPID ITB) signed an integrity pact for the protection of personal data of ITB employees in room Rapim A, ITB Rectorate Building, on Friday (13/9/2024). This activity was held after the workshop "Personal Data Protection in the Era of Information Disclosure."

The signing shows ITB's firm commitment to protecting personal data and guaranteeing the constitutional rights of every subject of personal data.

In this statement, ITB lecturers and education personnel are ready to be involved in Personal Data Protection (PDP) efforts at ITB in accordance with statutory regulations, as well as to authorize ITB as a data controller to process personal data for the purposes of institutional administration. This activity also marked the end of a series of workshop events organized by PPID ITB.

The signing of this integrity pact was attended by representatives of ITB employees, consisting of lecturers and education staff.
