School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics ITB Innovation Exhibition: Outstanding Creations Enliven the 19th Dies Natalis

BANDUNG, itb.ac.id — In celebration of its 19th Dies Natalis, the School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics (SEEI) Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) hosted an Innovation Exhibition on February 21, 2025, at Lapangan Cinta, ITB Ganesha Campus. This exhibition showcased a diverse array of innovative works by SEEI ITB students and lecturers, highlighting groundbreaking advancements in technology.
This year’s exhibition featured 12 booths showcasing the latest innovations in robotics, artificial intelligence (AI), renewable energy, and smart applications designed to enhance everyday life.
Visitors had the opportunity to explore research projects by SEEI ITB students across various disciplines, including biomedical engineering, telecommunication engineering, electrical engineering, electrical power engineering, informatics engineering, and information system and technology. These booths provided valuable insights into how cutting-edge technologies can contribute to industrial advancements and address societal needs.
One of the highlights of the exhibition was the telecommunication engineering booth, which demonstrated how radar technology is used to detect aircraft. Guided by Ahmad Izzuddin, S.T., M.T., lecturer at SEEI ITB, the radar demonstration captivated many attendees, particularly those interested in the applications of technology in the telecommunications and electrical engineering sectors.
PT. ENETWOQ SERVIT INDONESIA also took part in the exhibition, showcasing its latest technological solutions aimed at driving industrial transformation in Indonesia. Visitors had the opportunity to engage in discussions and exchange knowledge directly with professionals in the fields of information technology and systems, gaining valuable insights into the real-world implementation of these innovations.
Guided by lecturers and students of SEEI ITB, the exhibition provided visitors with the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of and interact with various advanced technologies on display. Beyond celebrating SEEI ITB’s achievements, the event served as a platform to showcase the institution’s significant contributions to technological advancement, positioning Indonesia on the global stage.
