Success Hacks ITB 88: Bringing Enthusiasm and Inspiration to Achieve Dreams

BANDUNG, itb.ac.id - The ITB 88 Success Hacks event, organized by ITB '88 Alumni in the East Hall, ITB Ganesha Campus on Saturday (16/9/2023), provided an inspiring moment. This activity infused new enthusiasm for achieving success, inviting participants to learn from various top company leaders who shared innovative concepts and ideas.

Dina Aditya Reni S.Sc., M.Sc., the Chief Executive of Success Hack ITB 88, explained that the event was a celebration commemorating the 35-year journey of the ITB '88 Alumni. "Over the past three decades, we have accumulated valuable knowledge and skills, and it is time for us to share the positive impact of that knowledge," she said.

She also highlighted that the main feature of the event was a mentoring session, where each leading company leader would mentor around 10 participants and provide them with valuable insights.

Success Hacks ITB 88 explored various important topics such as leadership, gender equality, and crisis management. Experienced speakers in various fields emphasized the importance of having a clear vision, a positive attitude, and strategies to face future challenges.

PT. Pertamina Finance Director, Emma Sri Martini (ITB Informatics Engineering Alumnus '88), underlined three key factors known as the "triangle of success" to achieve success: knowledge, skills, and a positive attitude. She explained that knowledge involves applying theory in strategy, while skills include practical abilities and execution, encompassing digital and communication skills. A positive attitude is a key element, which includes a growth mindset, resilience, agility, visionary leadership, and a collaborative spirit.

In addition, the event discussed integrity, gratitude, and the great potential that Indonesia has in economic development. Speakers emphasized the crucial role of young leaders and entrepreneurs in driving the country's progress and creating new businesses. They also highlighted the importance of focusing on quality over quantity in the industry, as well as the significant role of vocational education and training.

Success Hacks ITB 88 concluded with a message about the importance of dreaming and daring to follow personal aspirations. Participants were encouraged to dream without limitations and make these dreams the main driving force to overcome every challenge on the way to success.

The event was attended by a number of reputable speakers, including Schlumberger Indonesia Managing Director Scott Cremin, Director General of Financial Balance, Ministry of Finance Luky Alfirman, Member of the Board of Commissioners, Chief Executive of Financial Sector Technology Supervision, Digital Financial Assets, and Crypto Assets, Financial Services Authority Hasan Fawzi, Director of LPDP Scholarships Dwi Larso, Main Director of PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia Wahid Sutopo, and Director of Human Resources of PT Antam Tbk Ahmad Ardianto.

Success Hacks ITB 88 has ignited strong enthusiasm, inspiration, and motivation among the participants, encouraging them to pursue their dreams with even stronger enthusiasm and determination.
