ITB Rector Attends the Opening of the “Anyombala” Exhibition and Screening of the Film “Stories from the Edge of Selayar”

The Rector of ITB, Prof. Dr. Ir. Tatacipta Dirgantara, M.T., attended the opening of the “Anyombala” Exhibition and the screening of the film “Stories from the Edge of Selayar” at the Soemardja Gallery, ITB, on Saturday (15 November 2025).

The exhibition is an outcome of the Community Service Program under the Bottom-Up Scheme of DPMK ITB, held on 6–8 September 2025. The program, coordinated by Gabriella Alodia, Ph.D., from the Faculty of Earth Sciences and Technology (FITB) ITB, was conducted in collaboration with Universitas Brawijaya, the Marine and Fisheries Department of Selayar Islands Regency, and the Rumah Baca SAKU community. The exhibition opening was accompanied by a screening of the documentary “Stories from the Edge of Selayar”, produced by Rumah Baca SAKU, a youth community on Selayar Island.
