ITB Awarded 144 of its Associates as Appreciation

BANDUNG, itb.ac.id – The ITB Directorate of Student Affairs gave their utmost appreciation to their various partners at the 2022 ITB Association Appreciation Night. The event was held at Holiday Inn Hotel, Bandung, on Friday (12/16/2022).
The ITB Association Appreciation Night was held to hand out awards to ITB’s collaborating parties who contributed in the recruitment of ITB graduates (career development), scholarships, and student character development. The ITB Director of Student Affairs Dr. G. Prasetyo Adhitama, S,Sn., M.Sn. expressed his gratitude to the 144 parties for helping in ITB’s mission of educating and developing Indonesia’s human resources.
Dr. Prasetyo added that this mission follows a “pay forward” principle in which students are guided to be able to help their younger siblings and their community in the future. ITB is always open for cooperation with their partners to improve the nation.
The awards- given as plaques- are divided into three categories: scholarships, career development and student welfare. The scholarship category is led by the ITB Director of Student Affairs Dr. G. Prasetyo Adhitama, S,Sn., M.Sn., and the Head of the Sub-Directorate of Welfare and Character Development Nenden Rina Ratnakomala, ST., M.T.
The list of partners who received an award in the scholarship category are the following:
•Government Scholarship: Education Service Center of the Ministry of Education and Culture, West Java Provincial Government, and the Bogor Youth and Sports Office.
•Non-Government Scholarship: Tanoto Foundation, M08 foundation, Amil Zakat National Agency (Baznas), ITB Student Parents Association Scholarship (IOM ITB), PT. Garena Indonesia, M10 Foundation, PT. BPR Lestari Bali, PT. Erlangga Publishers, Purnomo Yusgiantoro Scholarship, Salman Charity House, Extraordinary Scholarships, Syamsi Dhuha Foundation, Asahi Glass Foundation (YAGI), Baitul Maal BRI Foundation (YBM BRI), LAPI Foundation, Solidarity Forever Foundation, PT. Artajasa Elektronia, Pertamina Foundation, Lotte Foundation, and ITB Alumni Association 82
•The Career Development category was led by Dr. G. Prasetyo Adhitama, S,Sn., M.Sn. and the Head of the Sub-Directorate of Professional Development and Entrepreneurship Sonny Rustiadi, M.B.A., Ph.D., CBAP.
The list of partners who received an award in the career development category includes:
•The most contributing partners as sponsors of ITB Career Center activities in 2021-2022: PT. Bank Mandiri, Bank OCBC NISP, L'Oreal Indonesia
•The partner who recruited the most ITB alumni through the ITB Career Center in 2021-2022: PT Bank Mandiri and PT Shopee Indonesia
•Partners who carried out activities at the ITB Career Center in 2021-2022: L'Oreal Indonesia, PT Paragon Technology and Innovation, and PT Shopee Indonesia
•The most cooperative and communicative partners in 2021-2022: Samsung Research Indonesia and Bank UOB Indonesia
•The longest-serving partner as an active member of ITB Career Center: PT Paragon Technology and Innovation
•The Student Welfare category was led by Dr. G. Prasetyo Adhitama, S,Sn., M.Sn. and the Head of the Sub-Directorate of Counseling Guidance Ir. Hendri Syamsudin, M.Sc., Ph.D.
The list of ITB Partners who received the student welfare category are the following:
•Awards in the field of character development (CDT, MFI, FROSH) are given to PeaceGeneration Indonesia
•Awards in the field of mental health and psychiatry service, PFA, 24H Emergency Hotline, and Hospitalization are given to the West Java Provincial Psychiatric Hospital
•Awards for psychiatric services are given to Melinda Hospital
•Awards for online psychological test of first-year students are given to PIP (Center of Psychological Innovation) of Padjadjaran University
"The collaboration between all of ITB’s partners is part of our mission to provide a large, healthy space for students to get a good education," Dr. Prasetyo stated.
