The University Secretary, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Ir. Widjaja Martokusumo, in his introduction to the awards, said that all the progress and achievements that have been carved and achieved today can only be achieved through the dedication of the academic community.

"We need to be grateful for the blessings because today there are many of us who have put in so much thought, time, devotion, and extraordinary dedication that has carved a big name for ITB," said Prof. Widjaja.

The lecturers who received the award consisted of 12 lecturers in teaching, 12 lecturers in research-innovation, 12 lecturers in community service, and 12 lecturers in institute development.

"We hope that the awardees can always be trustworthy in carrying out their duties and obligations as ITB lecturers, including maintaining the good name and reputation of ITB," he said.

"Hopefully this award can encourage further progress of ITB, and of course can motivate us all to contribute more to ITB and of course to NKRI," he said.
