BANDUNG, itb.ac.id - In accord to ITB's new policy on new students admittance, which was the abolishment of private test (USM), ITB Educational Directorate held a socialization concerning the national admission test (SNMPTN 2011) last Friday (01/28/11), in Campus East Hall. Starting this year, ITB will introduce an adaptive tuition fee proportionate to the students' wealth. ITB is to provide 25%, 50%, and 75% subsidy to chosen students. ITB will even provide 100% free tuition for 20% new students.
Initial payment for new students will be Rp. 55.000.000 for all major except Business School, while the Business School new students will have to pay Rp. 80.000.000. ITB stressed that whether or not an applicant gets admitted does not depend on the amount of money the applicant pays.
