BANDUNG, itb.ac.id - The Civil Engineering Students Association (HMS) of Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) held an industrial exhibition themed "Integrating Strategies for Long-Term Infrastructure Resilience" at West Hall, ITB Ganesha Campus, on February 20, 2025. This exhibition set the stage for the grand finale of the ITB Civil Engineering Expo (ICEE) 2025.
In his remarks, the Chairman of ICEE 2025, Marcelino Anditya Triatmojo (Civil Engineering '21), stated that the event served as an explorative and collaborative platform for the civil engineering community to expand knowledge, competence, and insight into the latest issues in the field.
Live Exhibition ICEE 2025 featured a total of 10 civil engineering companies and institutions, including PT Krakatau Steel, PT Wijaya Karya, PT LAPI Ganesha Utama, PT Geotekindo, PT Atrya Swascipta Rekayasa, PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung, PT Promisco Sinergi Indonesia, PT Adhi Karya, and the ITB Structural Engineering Laboratory.
Numerous parties also attended the exhibition, ranging from academics and industries to students from differing fields. Apart from interacting with said companies and institutions, attendees also had the opportunity to play various games, enjoy photo booths, and win prizes, adding to the event's lively atmosphere.
Additionally, Marcelino revealed that Live Exhibition ICEE 2025 enabled students—especially those from civil engineering—to get an overview of necessary preparations for a future career in civil engineering. He hoped that the event would help bridge the gap between students and industries.
"Hopefully, this exhibition would drive students forward by giving them deeper insights into the professional world of civil engineering," concluded Marcelino.
