The Vaccination of Bandung’s Health Workers Takes Place at Sabuga ITB

BANDUNG, itb.ac.id- Over the next two days (3-4 February 2021), Sasana Budaya Ganesha ITB Building, Tamansari Street, Bandung City, will hold the COVID-19 vaccination for health workers in West Java Province. The vaccination plans to cover around 3,000 health workers.
According to the President Director of RSHS, dr. R. Nina Susana Dewi, Sp.PK (K)., M.Kes., MMRS., The Sabuga ITB vaccination aims to accelerate the vaccination target in West Java. Currently, as of February 1, 2021, it has reached 35.9 percent. "This is a joint commitment to carry out vaccinations in West Java," she said.
Eventhough the event will be crowded with people, dr. R. Nina makes sure that it will be strictly ruled by health protocol. "I would like to thank ITB for the cooperation in implementing health protocols," she said.
On this occasion, the Rector of ITB, Prof. Reini Wirahadikusumah, Ph.D., also attended the vaccination virtually. Also, the event was attended by Deputy Governor of West Java Uu Ruzhanul Ulum and Deputy Mayor of Bandung Yana Mulyana.
Today's vaccination program is carried out to thousands of front liners in West Java. The regional government decided to finish the vaccination for front liners in April 2021, totaling 3000 health workers in Bandung.
