ITB Awards 88 Partners at the Student Partnership Appreciation Night 2023

BANDUNG, itb.ac.id – Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) celebrated the "Student Affairs Partnership Appreciation Night 2023" at the East Hall of ITB on Friday (8/12/2023). Organized by the Directorate of Student Affairs ITB (Ditmawa ITB), the event aimed to express gratitude to partners and affiliates who collaborated with ITB throughout 2023. These partnerships encompassed Scholarship Partners, Student Welfare Partners, Student Professional Development, and Entrepreneurship Partners.

Prof. Dr. Ir. Jaka Sembiring, M.Eng., Vice Rector for Academic and Student Affairs, commenced the event with heartfelt appreciation for the established relationships with ITB. He highlighted the successful execution of approximately 5,000 activities in 2023, with two-thirds involving ITB partners.

Prof. Jaka explained that from the total of 18,000 ITB undergraduate students, around 7,000 of them have received various types of scholarships from ITB partners, which included merit scholarships, economic funding scholarship, local government scholarship, and many more.

Prof. Jaka emphasized the pivotal role of character education in preparing students to navigate the evolving landscape, emphasizing that they must now coexist with and control machinery.

The ceremony featured the presentation of plates and certificates to ITB partners who contributed significantly in 2023. The following is the complete list of ITB partners across various categories:
